Some of these may include classical sounds, sounds from nature such as clapping of thunder, sounds of big waves, insects, and the wind. Other alternative options may consist of simple instruments, including the Tibetan singing bowl, flute, sitar, and tamboura, known to have meditative inducing qualities.
