The best way to support your immune system is to get enough micronutrients from a whole foods diet—one that is based on real, unprocessed foods close to their natural state. Whole foods contain more nutrients, vitamins, and minerals than ultra-processed foods, and thus are more beneficial for your immune system. And no, the giant packaged "healthy" food bags and boxes you get from Trader Joe’s, Walmart, and Costco are NOT whole unprocessed foods.
